AddAge – Young Lions 2026

AddAge – Arbetsmisstagarna

Winner – Young Lions 2026

Swedish wordplay on arbetstagare (employee) and misstag (mistake) — roughly, “The Mistake-Takers”.

In today’s job market, young talent is often valued more highly than experience. But in an economy where mistakes cost money, that may not be the smartest way to recruit.

The insight is simple: older candidates have already made their mistakes and learned from them. They’re a safe bet. But that experience never shows up on a CV, and it isn’t something recruiters think to ask about.

The solution was Arbetsmisstagarna, a digital service for the recruitment platform AddAge that matches employers with candidates based on the mistakes they’ve made at work. The mistake you pick becomes the candidate you’re paired with.

The campaign also ran as a LinkedIn initiative, inviting AddAge’s network to share their own best blunders, alongside campaign executions featuring mistakes that were more — or less — relatable. Simple, and a little bit fun. Made together with a copywriter for Young Lions 2026.

Arbetsmisstagarna

As an employer or recruiter, you upload your job ad to the site and get back stories of candidates’ past mistakes. Your mistake matches reflect the experience your job ad is looking for. The mistake you choose then becomes the candidate you’re paired with.

Skanska Fastigheter

A better location

Silver – Guldägget 2025 Print of the Month – Resumé, Sept 2024 Shortlisted – Eurobest 2024

Location, location, location. It matters when you’re looking for your next office — and just as much when it comes to where your ad lands in Sweden’s largest daily newspaper.

How did we show it? By leafing through stacks of Dagens Nyheter, hunting for ads that really could have used a better spot. The tiny filler ad for Cinnamon Shoes got to step into the limelight, and Skanska got to literally demonstrate the difference a better location makes.

The creative work was done by me and a copywriter, produced for Dagens Nyheter’s advertising competition.

OLW

1, 2, 3, OLW!

OLW wanted to move away from the quiet moment on the couch and show the wilder effect a snack break can actually have. Spoiler: there’s singing, and there’s dancing.

The concept 1, 2, 3, OLW! is a creative mechanic the brand can reuse again and again. A simple formula that works across a huge range of formats and can be twisted and turned indefinitely.

The campaign was built around three original songs in entirely different genres, each one taking the lead role in its own film. The hero films launched broadly across all major channels — from TV to social media, radio and in-store. A copywriter and I developed the idea, concept and execution together, and I was responsible for the visuals throughout production.

UR Play

A different kind of streaming

UR Play isn’t like other streaming services. If there’s a societal problem, big or small, UR Play makes content for that cause.

In the long-term work on UR’s brand I’ve been lead Art Director, focusing on campaigns, activations and content production. I’ve worked closely with the new visual identity and built template systems for social media.

One of the campaigns targeted parents of young children and was built on the mechanic problem × UR as the solution. A clear, concrete way to show what the platform actually is and does.

UR Play

Läskartan

Swedish for “The Reading Map”.

Children’s reading ability is declining in Sweden. UR wanted to help, and we wanted to make reading fun.

The result was Läskartan — an illustrated world in five parts, where each part belongs to a reading programme on UR Play. The class works through the programmes together, finds a letter in each, and the letters spell out the password to an AR experience where the map literally comes to life on the phone.

A copywriter and I developed the idea and execution together, and we led production with an illustrator and an AR designer.
